Order :
- Every order will be made as per agreed understanding between Sai Jewels and
Customer - Any Changes required in Order placed should be communicated by the
customer within one week of order placed

Shipment Terms :
- All products will be quoted as FOB ex factory
- If customer prefers to ship as CIF , based on actual Freight -Insurance Charges
CIF will be Quoted
Production Time :
- Normal Production lead time would be 4-6 weeks
- Sample orders would be made in 2-3 weeks
Payment :
- Within one week of order confirmation total payment amount would required to
be deposited in advance for Orders by all New Customers . - Depending upon business volumes the advance deposit would later be 50%
within one week of order confirmation and balance 50% before shipment for all
orders
Quality Rejects :
- We do accept to take back all rejections due to Quality / Production failure if
notified within 10 days after receipt of goods . - Any Repairs customer needs to send must have a advance information prior to
the shipment . - Order cancellation will be accepted within one week of order confirmation or
Payment deposited. - Any cancellation informed later than one week and not over 15 days after deposit of
payment , 30% of deposit amount will be charged. - No refund for any cancellation informed after 15 days of payment deposit.
Order Quantity :
- Depending upon customer requirements acceptable order quantity may vary but
preferable quantity is minimum 25 pcs or US$ 5000
